Coaching to transform performance
One to one coaching can show you things about yourself you’ve never seen before. For leaders, managers and business owners, it can be a remarkably transformative process.
One to one coaching provides the focus and framework you need to make new discoveries and set clear business goals, and often personal goals too. You can expect major improvements in work performance, typically by taking your leadership skills to a new level, building your confidence and perhaps above all, clarifying your long term goals and priorities.
The coaching relationship typically spans 6 months. There’s an initial meeting to find out more about the process and to make sure the relationship is right, followed by five to ten coaching sessions. We can conduct these sessions over the phone, via Skype or other virtual technologies - either at your offices or an agreed location.
