Bringing brand values to life
BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions wanted to embed five new brand values within their UK business, achieving 100% awareness and individual ownership.
We conducted discovery workshops with staff from across the organisation. The insights gained from staff during these workshops supported the development of a 12 month engagement plan.
We created a suite of 15 creative illustrations to bring each brand value to life through visual storytelling, a brand new reward and recognition scheme, leadership engagement materials, office graphics, giveaways, notebooks and two simultaneous launch events in Bristol and Basingstoke.
We’re looking forward to continuing the roll out with this vibrant organisation.
