Engaging managers are essential for business success. They’re critical to engaging employees and they have huge potential to generate a positive, creative culture.
But too often they’re given no guidance on how to inspire and include their people. The technical aspects of their work may be well rehearsed, but the behavioural aspects are often left for them to navigate alone. That’s a massive missed opportunity.
We offer workshops for managers that reveal how their behaviour impacts on those around them and provide tools for ‘managing’ themselves to adapt and connect more effectively with others.
The programmes are grounded in employee engagement best practice. Instead of seeing managers as people who achieve results through the efforts of others, we view them as people who engage and inspire employees so they exceed expectations of their own free will. Successful mangers don’t only develop their team’s knowledge and skills, they also inspire them to ‘bring their whole self to work’.
