Building brand loyalty with personalised marketing
We were approached to manage a direct marketing campaign to 500+ customers informing them of important changes to simplify and improve the service they receive on a daily basis.
With the majority of their daily correspondence being done over email and phone, we wanted to put a face to the name with this campaign. We commissioned a fun photo-shoot to capture this friendly team, supported by a new proposition ‘our people are your people’. The direct mail and email was personalised for each recipient with their name and personal message from their new account manager.
The campaign was highly praised by both customers and staff who felt it was great to put a face to the name.
